Nanjing Luhe Rural Industrial Integration Development Demonstration Garden:Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures

At the end of 2017,seven ministries and commissions,including the Ministry of agriculture,the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of finance,decided to launch the establishment of the national rural industry integration development demonstration park,give full play to the leading role of demonstration,and promote the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.In 2018,the rural industrial integration demonstration zone of Luhe District,Nanjing city was selected as the first batch of national rural industrial integration demonstration parks by virtue of its beautiful and superior natural ecological resources,perfect industrial chain,advanced agricultural production mode and good economic development environment,which attracted attention in Jiangsu and even the whole country.It is of practical significance to study its construction experience.In this paper,based on the field survey of Nanjing Luhe rural industry integration development demonstration park,and interviews with local officials and residents,to obtain a large number of first-hand information.With the help of PEST model analysis method,the demonstration park is analyzed from the aspects of political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment in a three-dimensional way,and the demonstration park has a good integrated development environment.It is found that,after years of construction,the demonstration park for the integrated development of rural industries in liuhe has built a preliminary foundation for the industrial integration of the park,made constant innovations in the model of industrial integration,made various highlights in the development of various forms of business,made the fusion subject full of vitality,and significantly increased farmers’ incomeOn this basis,according to the national standard of rural industrial integration development demonstration park,the problems in the construction of Nanjing Luhe rural industrial integration demonstration park include:the development of the park is restricted by the bottleneck of integration factors,the scale level of integration subject still needs to be improved,the short added value of industrial chain is low,and the mechanism of farmers’ income increase needs to be further innovated.The main reasons are the park regulations It is difficult to plan consistently,the supporting policies are not perfect,and the integration mechanism needs to be innovated.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the integration of rural industry in Nanjing Luhe demonstration park,including optimizing the layout of the park,extending the industrial chain,cultivating the main body of integration,and improving the mechanism of farmers’ benefit sharing.
