Research On The Space Of Rural Land Transfer

For a long time,how to carry out the agricultural land circulation orderly and efficiently is not only a major theoretical topic,but also a realistic topic of close attention in the real production and life of farmers.The state pays close attention to farmland circulation,develops appropriate scale management of agriculture,and actively innovating the property right system of agricultural land,so as to liberate the right of farmland management.From the perspective of farmers' geography,this paper puts farmers' behavior in the scope of village space into an analytical framework,and the spatial distribution is the result of the different behavior of farmers.Therefore,based on the survey of the whole village land transfer,this paper obtains the characteristics of farmers' behavior and the data of farmland characteristics.Firstly,it studies the spatial and temporal distribution of the land circulation through spatial statistics,and searches for its evolution law.Secondly,the influence factors of the land circulation space are discussed according to the family endowment and individual behavior characteristics.It is found that the spatial distribution of land transfer is related to the natural factors such as rural settlements,roads and water sources.For the distribution of agricultural land,its spatial distribution has a strong road and water source dependence,and for the transfer of the spatial distribution of agricultural land,from the initial stage to the latest stage,the range of its circulation gradually expanded in the village.it puts forward relevant policy recommendations from the aspects of rural infrastructure construction,industrial development planning and social security system.
