The transfer of farmland is not only the decision-making behavior of peasants within a certain spatial distance, but also their decision-making behavior will be greatly affected by this spatial distance. This spatial distance includes not only the distance between farmland itself and farmers' houses, roads and water sources, but also the distance between farmers and migrant farmers during the farmland transfer and the distance The distance between the land parcel and the farmer's home, etc. Therefore, the research on decision-making behavior of rural households on farmland transfer also needs to study the farmland transfer from the perspective of spatial characteristics. Therefore, taking Sanliuxi Village,Sinan County,Guizhou Province as an example, the paper takes the farmland transfer in this area into the perspective of spatial analysis, focusing on the distribution characteristics of natural space and its influencing factors. The conclusions are as follows:(1)From the general characteristics of natural space, the circulation of farmland in Sanhui Village has experienced infancy, development and active period since 1978.The high turnover area is mainly dominated by paddy fields, mainly around the rivers and close to Tong Village Road area. The distance between the area with the highest proportion of rural land transfer and the village shows a feature of far to near with the change of time.As time goes by,the gap between the proportion of the number of rural areas transferred to each area is decreasing.(2)Judging from the characteristic factors that affect the spatial distribution of the distribution of farmland, the stability of water sources is a significant factor in the flow of farmland during the budding period.During the development period, the land type is paddy field, and the transportation is convenient. The closer distance to the peasant household is the significant factor of farmland circulation. To the active phase, the flat terrain, water stability, closer to rural households will have a significant impact on the transfer of agricultural land.(3)From the factors affecting the distance characteristics of the natural space of farmland transfer, the later the transfer out time, the shorter the distance from the farmland to the peasant households will be.The worse the physical condition of peasant households,;The more family farmer number, the farther out of the distance, the greater the number of domestic workers, the more out of the distance. In addition, the study also found that peasants who go out for a longer period of time are more inclined to move out of their own land, and they move closer to residential buildings when they move out, while those who go out for a short period of time are not inclined to move out of land. The distance to the land is generally far.(4)The core of farmland transfer is to improve the allocation efficiency of farmland resources, and the farmland circulation space should also serve this goal.According to the research results, from the perspective of land plots and peasant households, based on the goal of improving the efficiency of agricultural land resource allocation,we proposed to improve the basic construction of farmland water conservancy and transportation, improve agricultural extension system, deepen the management of farmland planning,System should be made to guide the difference between the policy recommendations.
