Rsearch On The Influencing Factors Of Farmland Circulation In Mancheng District Of Baoding

Farmland circulation is an important prerequisite for improving the overall efficiency of agriculture and realizing the revitalization of rural society.The key to the effective development of farmland circulation depends largely on the willingness of the participants,that is,the willingness of farmland circulation.Based on the theory of Planned Behavior,this paper constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors of farmers' circulation behavior,which includes 5 latent variables and 14 observable variables,from three aspects of behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control.Based on the survey data of 386 households in 4 townships in Mancheng District of Baoding,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers' willingness and behavior of farmland outflow by using Structural Equation Model.The main research contents and contributions of this research are as follows: Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background of China's farmland circulation policy and proposes the purpose and significance of this study.It also sorts out the research literature related to farmland circulation and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper defines the concepts of farmland circulation and circulation intention involved in this paper,and explains the relevant theories involved in farmland circulation and the theoretical basis of the theory of Planned Behavior in this paper,so as to provide theoretical basis for further empirical research.Thirdly,based on the relevant literature of the theory of planned behavior,this paper puts forward seven research hypotheses,constructs a theoretical model,and then sets up a questionnaire for field investigation.Based on the survey data,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software,and the theoretical model was verified with AMOS17.0.Five conclusions were drawn according to the results of hypothesis verification: Farmers' willingness to transfer farmland will be affected by many factors;among them,the behavior attitude of farmers towards the outflow of farmland is the most important factor affecting the willingness of farmland circulation;farmers' willingness of farmland circulation has a positive impact on the behavior;Perceptual behavior control will directly promote the emergence of farmlandcirculation behavior;and farmers' gender,age,educational level,the proportion of agricultural income in total income,The distance between the family and the town will affect the outflow intention.Therefore,it is suggested that in order to promote farmers' outflow of farmland,it is necessary to fully respect and protect farmers' wishes,establish a reasonable price mechanism for farmland circulation,safeguard farmers' economic interests,improve the construction of rural farmland transfer service system,establish and improve the rural social security system,strengthen farmers' skills training,and promote the work of farmland circulation experimental unit construction.
