Paternalistic leadership research in recent years more and more attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad,scholars have achieved fruitful results,the study found that China's enterprises is common on the leadership model of paternalistic leadership style.Although there are many empirical studies on the impact of paternalistic leadership on employee performance,no scholars have studied the agricultural enterprises independently.China is a big agricultural country,and the development of agriculture plays an important role in the development of our national economy.Every year,the "central one document" will appear in agricultural related plans,and 2017 is the thirteenth year.Therefore,we can see the degree of our country's importance to agriculture.But at present,China's agricultural enterprises generally have small scale,low labor productivity and weak management level.In the aspect of enterprise management,agricultural enterprises neglect the phenomenon of leadership and employee performance,while enterprises seldom apply the theory to the management of enterprises.At the same time,organizational identification has always been an important research object in the related field.The research focuses mainly on the exploration of the former dependent variables and the influence of the result variables.In agricultural enterprises for independent research samples,to explore the parents in agricultural enterprise leadership style impact on employee performance,and to explore the organizational identification between paternalistic leadership and employee recognition adjustment,in order to be able to the construction of agricultural enterprises,for the management of agricultural enterprises put forward practical and powerful management advice.In this paper,SPSS19.0 was used as the data statistical software,and agricultural enterprises were used as independent research samples to conduct the survey in the form of questionnaire survey.Through the social network of working in agricultural enterprises,the online and offline methods are used to distribute and recycle the questionnaire.Considering the validity of the questionnaire and sample reliability,a total of 450 questionnaires to,get effective questionnaire 380,the reliability of data validity analysis,factor analysis,regression analysis,this paper get the following conclusions: first,in the agricultural enterprise widespread paternalistic leadership style.Second,benevolent leadership is promoting task performance and dedication.Third,moral leadership is promoting work commitment and interpersonal facilitation.Fourthly,through empirical analysis,we can conclude that authoritarian leadership has a significant positive influence on interpersonal facilitation.Fifth,in the influence of paternalistic leadership on employee performance,organizational identification is not a moderating variable and there is no moderating effect.Here are some Suggestions: first,strengthen the implementation of benevolent leadership;Second,focus on the implementation of the moral leadership;Third,the prudent implementation of authoritarian leadership;Fourthly,improving the organizational identity of employees of agricultural enterprises is an important means to improve employees' performance.
