Research On The Green Innovation Power Mechanism Of Industrial Enterprises Under The Open Economy

Since the Chinese economy has entered the “new normal” stage,economic growth has been effectively controlled,development has been relatively balanced,and China has ushered in new important development opportunities.In the past,the extensive development model in which industrial enterprises blindly developed the economy but neglected ecological sustainable development for the purpose of pursuing quantity and output value had seriously violated the laws of nature and human existence and violated the benign development concept of the entire society.Improving green innovation capabilities,focusing on environmental protection,and pursuing the harmonious development of man and nature have become the strongest voices of people in all countries of the world in the 21 st century.Innovation-driven,green development,transformation and upgrading have become important strategic goals for China's industry under the new situation.Under the new situation,China's economic structure is now in a critical period from the pursuit of high-speed growth to the pursuit of quality improvement.Under the open economy,vigorously developing green innovation in industrial enterprises has provided a brand-new road for China and even the world to cope with environmental pollution,get rid of resource consumption crisis,promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises,and achieve sustainable development.Green innovation will lead the new wave of sustainable economic and social development.How to enhance China's green innovation power is a new issue that urgently needs to be resolved.This article takes the Chinese industrial enterprises under the open economy as the research object,analyzes the current economic situation,resource consumption and environmental protection issues facing China's industrial enterprises development,and proposes that developing green innovation is a strategic requirement for solving the sustainable development of industry,enhancing the momentum of industrial enterprises green innovation is currently the most important issue to be solved.Based on the theory of open economy and green innovation,a dynamic mechanism model of open economy,international direct investment and trade to industrial enterprises green innovation technology driving force,market pulling power and environmental control driving force is constructed.Thisdissertation analyzes the scientific and feasibility of applying the system dynamics method to the dynamic mechanism of industrial enterprises green innovation under open economy.Then,using the method of system dynamics,the high-order multi-feedback loop and non-linear causal feedback relationship of the industrial enterprises green innovation power system are studied,and the dynamic model of industrial enterprises green innovation system under open economy is constructed.Based on China's actual situation and characteristics,using the data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2005 to 2015 and the simulation software of Vensim PLE system,we selected 2015-2025 as the scope of simulation for simulation,and adjusted the key elements of the system's easy adjustment.After several simulations and test results,the future trends of important factors in the system are predicted.It further analyzes in detail the changes in relevant key elements of technology,market and environmental dynamics systems under different policies when adjusting the three policy variables of international direct investment and trade.The simulation results show that the dynamics of industrial enterprises green innovation power system under the open economy have complex and dynamic changes,and the impact of international direct investment and trade activities on the technology,market,and environment power system of industrial enterprises green innovation is far-reaching and complex.Under the open economy,the continuous strengthening of international direct investment and trade activities has a positive and positive role in promoting China's industrial enterprises green innovation technology,market,and environmental control driving force subsystems.Continue to expand the pattern of opening to the outside world is the current development policy that our government should adhere to.Through the constantly open economic market,inject more R&D funds into China's green innovation activities,increase China's investment in green innovation,create a better environment for green investment and financing,strengthen policy attraction for foreign-funded enterprises,and actively guide foreign-funded enterprises to develop green innovation activities in China,introduce advanced foreign technology equipment and technologies to reduce industrial enterprises pollution generation and emissions.All of these are the fundamental approaches for China to actively respond to international environmental problems,increase the efficiency of the use of social resources,promote economic reforms,andpromote the development of productive forces.It is also an important measure for opening up new paths with Chinese characteristics for “green innovation”.
