Against the booming background of knowledge economy and the Internet,the trend of shortening product life cycle and diversifying user demand,which makes the traditional enclosed innovation have no place to settle down.It has been replaced by open innovation that spans the organizational boundaries,pools internal and external users resources,and takes advantage of t low cost and high efficiency.At the same time,take advantage of the unique advantages of the Internet platform,the enterprise open innovation community is born.With the rapid development and wide application of the open innovation community,the creative management of the community has become the key to achieve operation efficiency.With complex procedures in creative management and varied subjects involved,how can we turn the innovative ideas input by users or the outside world into creative products and how to make it a competitive advantages that enterprises can take advantage of? The thesis plans to offer suggestions to open community management by delving into the influence mechanism among factors of creative management of open innovation community based on open innovation theory,guided by innovation value chain and dynamic capability view.The thesis tends to reach conclusion by analyzing literature and practical cases and utilizing interpretative structural modeling and system dynamic theory.The major contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of creative management in the open innovation community of enterprises.Based on innovative value chain,evolution of user behavior and corporate dynamic capability,this thesis analyzes the innovation value chain of enterprise open innovation community.The analysis consist three stages,namely,idea generation,idea transformation and idea diffusion of open innovation community and explains the problems need to be resolved and company skill set required correspondingly.Based on this analysis,this thesis systematically identifies the influencing factors at each stage,and uses the interpreted structural model method to draw a hierarchical relationship diagram for each stage of creative management.Secondly,this thesis establishes a system dynamics model of open innovation community creative management.Based on the systematic analysis of the influencing factors of creative management,this thesis defines the system objectives,boundaries and assumptions,finds out the main feedback loop according to the causality diagram,defines the three variable types of the system,and draws the stock flow diagram.Finally,this thesis simulates and analyzes the model of creative management of an open innovation community in an enterprise.This article uses Xiaomi MIUI community as an example to conduct empirical research.By analyzing the simulation results,it can beconcluded that when the number of community users increases,the number of creative submissions does not increase significantly,user participation is not high;it takes a relative long period for the increased community awareness to have an impact on the number of user community;knowledge absorption capacity has a greater impact on creative adoption;the improvement of knowledge utilization ability can promote the increase of creative realization rate.The increase of creative commercialization rate can bring more innovation income.Based on this,seven management suggestions are put forward,such as improving user participation,perfecting the creative screening mechanism,establishing a long-term mechanism for increasing the popularity of the community,paying attention to the dynamic capabilities of the enterprise,and broadening innovation income.This thesis provides a model for the creative management of similar open innovation communities and has certain reference value.
