Research On The Income Growth Path Of Farmers In Zhouzhi County, Xi'an City Under The Goal Of A Well-off Society In An All-round Way

Under the new background of the Chinese people's ushering in a bright future of great rejuvenation,the completion of a well-to-do society by 2020 is a key node in the third step of China's “three-step” strategy,and it is also the goal of achieving “two hundred years”.Concrete action plan.Under such a goal,the party and the country regard the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" as the most important task of the work,placing it in a more prominent position,implementing the strategy for rejuvenating the country,and writing a chapter on "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new era.Zhouzhi County is a major agricultural county in Xi'an.It mainly uses characteristic fruits and vegetables as a pillar industry.However,due to the large share of mountainous areas and the constant impact of floods and floods,farmers' income has long been at the bottom of all counties in Xi'an.Therefore,how to promote the growth of peasants' income in Zhouzhi County and make the living standards of peasants well-off have become arduous tasks facing us.The paper uses the classic Marxist writer's theory of human comprehensive development and the Chinese Communist Party's peasant income ideology as guidance,uses literature research methods and interviews,and collects domestic and foreign research results and on-the-spot investigations and studies,from Zhouzhi County's peasant income level.Comparative analysis and analysis of changes in income structure of peasants in Zhouzhi County,comparing income of peasants in Zhouzhi County with income of urban residents in the county,income of urban residents in other districts,income of peasants in other districts involving agricultural areas,and finding out that farmers' income in Zhouzhi County is comparable to that in other districts and towns.The income status of residents and peasants has a large income gap,a distinct dualistic structure,a low level of overall income,but a rapid increase in income,and also reflects the gradual diversification of farmers' income structure.It is revealed that the income increase of farmers in Zhouzhi County has a large proportion of household operating income and it is difficult to grow.Wage income increases year by year and sources are unstable.Property income has a largepotential in total income but promotes small,transferable income in total.The problem of large potential in income but insufficient stamina,and analyzing the problems from the four aspects of household operating income,wage income,property income,and transfer income,find out the reasons that restrict the growth of peasants,and ultimately from these four aspects.Seeking to solve the effective way to promote the growth of farmers' income in Zhouzhi County.It proposes measures to promote family business income growth,break through the bottlenecks of wage income,expand the space for property income,and enhance the protection of transfer income.It will seek new ways to effectively increase the income of farmers and stimulate farmers' creativity and self-confidence.
