Since the Chinese Economic Reform and open up,the income level of farmers in Inner Mongolia has continuously increased,and the income composition of farmers has also changed during economic development.This paper presents changes in the income composition of farmers in Inner Mongolia,that is,the composition of household operating income,wage income,transfer income,and property income.This paper analyzes the impact of farmer's human capital,family factors,and farmland resources on farmers' income.From the perspective of overall income,household operating income is still the main source of farmers' income,but it has decreased;the proportion of wage income and transfer income has gradually increased;the proportion of property income has been the smallest and there is no law to follow;farmers develop local agriculture according to local conditions.It also promoted the increase of farmers' income.However,there are also problems such as low overall income,unreasonable income structure,single product,and the increase the quality of the workforce.It is recommended to increase the investment in agricultural infrastructure;do a good job in farmers' education and training,improve the cultural quality and professional skills of farmers;speed up the construction of small towns,vigorously develop the agro-processing industry,increase the added value of agricultural products,and promote the realization of the transfer of employment to farmers.
