Business model is produced and developed in the process of production practice and operation management,and it often determines the success or failure of an enterprise or even an industry.This paper discussed and researched on the Nandaihe International Entertainment Center business model,which is not only conducive to promote the further development of the theory of business model,and provided a theoretical basis for optimizing the business model of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center of the traditional tourism industry.First,this paper discussed the basic theory of business model and related concepts.It outlined the business model from the definition,characteristics and other aspects of the elements,divided the types of business models based on the theory of value chain and business practice,and analyzed the existing business models in today's economic market.Secondly,the paper mainly used the nine models of commercial canvas theory to analyze the business model and enterprise practice of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center.It analyzed the basic operation,customer management and financial status of the business model of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center through the recombination of these modules,and explored the Nandaihe international entertainment center business model problems,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent business model optimization.Thirdly,the paper mainly designed the business model optimization of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center.This part presented the goals and principles of improvement from the realization of profit maximization,the establishment of "adsorption type" economy,the establishment of tourism brand and the supremacy of tourist experience,and the realization of differentiation.Finally,the paper put forward a new business model which combines “bundled operation + adsorption management +intelligent management”,and created new competitive advantages for enterprises from three aspects of management module optimization,customer module optimization,property module optimization.Finally,the paper put forward feasible and targeted countermeasures for the implementation of the new business model of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center.It provided a guarantee for the new business model of Nandaihe International Entertainment Center from deepening enterprise culture construction,organization structure establishment,innovation management platform,establishment of new system,training innovative talents.
