In recent time,the whole bank system has been going through inversible change.Performance management as a core role is becoming increasingly prominent in commercial bank,which cease to explore the performance appraisal model more suitable and scientific.According to our knowledge,a good apprasial system brings effective management and maximized profit for almost every bank.Until now,the apprasial and evaluation system on whole benefit and comprehensive utilizaton effect has set up and applied to commercial bank management.However,some problems emerge in the practice,which on the contrary harm the health of management,such as the discrepancy of performance appraisal target as to the whole bank strategic target,the incompletence of evaluation on staff's work,the discordance of long-time goal to short time goal and the impediment of talk from staff to managers.In this paper,A bank X branch as the research object,respectively,to carry out this paper work from three aspects:firstly,in order to make this paper with more reference value,sea of cases on home and abroad performance apprasial practice have been seeked for proof.Managers interview and staff inquiry are used to improve practicability of this paper.Secondly,as a case study,the writer points out the exsitence of the current perfomance management of A bank X branch,analyse and evaluate the whole system.Finally,advancing appraisal management framework has been introduced for A bank X branch,by improving internal structure and personal education.
