In China's rapid economic development,The people is more pay attention seafood is very fit for health,the growth of aquatic products is a significant part of food industry.The paper takes HX Group as the object of study,targeting problems of raw material shortage,increasing cost of labor and environmental protection,immature cold-chain transportation,comparatively traditional processing technology which all leads China's aquatic products to a disadvantageous position.So to select and analyze a development strategy which matches its own features would play a significantly important role for an aquatic products company.Through strategic research on HX Group's development strategy,I hope it would be some kind of reference to China's aquatic products companies in the aspects of strategic management formulation and improvement.The paper introduces the history,profile and organization structure of the company.Besides specific analysis on the environment and the trade,the paper uses PEST Analyzer on the outside general environment and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model on five forces composing the company.And the paper also adopts SWOT analysis to make its advantages and disadvantages inside and outside clear.During the process,the company also proposes HX's issues in its development and formulates the general development strategy from business model innovation,introduction of high-quality talents,organization structure innovation,management efficiency improvement,sales strategy adjustment,corporation culture building etc.to insure the strategy's implementation.
