Dongguan Entrepreneurship Policy Research From Gender Perspective

Under the influence of the continuous improvement of business environment,many women actively participate in the boom of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,which injected a new vitality to the development of economy and which even thought that women will be an important engine of social and economic development.Entrepreneurship should have nothing to do with men and women only.But in fact,social prejudice against women has always been there,especially in the male dominated world of business,male and female entrepreneurial environment inequality.Women entrepreneurs need more effort,and women who start a business will encounter more difficulties than men.Women entrepreneurs need help and support.Dongguan has always attached great importance to employment and entrepreneurship,and has actively implemented employment and entrepreneurship policies,especially in the field of entrepreneurship.In the pursuit of gender equality,it's a meaningful project whether Dongguan entrepreneurship policy has been incorporated into gender awareness.In order to explore the connection of gender and Dongguan entrepreneurship policy,this thesis first from gender perspective,use theoretical knowledge to analyze Dongguan entrepreneurship policy.It is found that the entrepreneurial policy of Dongguan is the lack of gender.This paper explores the reasons for the gender gap in Dongguan entrepreneurship policy,and finally puts forward some ideas about how to optimize Dongguan entrepreneurship policy.This article believes that in order to achieve the real aspirations of women entrepreneurship,Dongguan entrepreneurship policy must be embedded in gender perspective.The purpose of this thesis is to make some efforts to perfect the entrepreneurial policy of Dongguan City,so as to make the Dongguan City's entrepreneurial policy better reflect the gender equality,so that women can enjoy the business with equal opportunities,and to create a more just and fair environment for women entrepreneurs.Hope this paper can provide reference for Dongguan entrepreneurship policy in the future.
