Internet technology has overturned the development model of the traditional second-hand market.In the past,people paid less attention to the second-hand trading market,which benefited from the remolding of the mobile Internet,and gained a huge development opportunity again.As the virtual nature of the network itself still fails to change the situation of information asymmetry,and because of the new characteristics of the change in transaction mode,the information asymmetry is aggravated in some aspects and to some extent.In the rapid development of the network today,how to continue to survive and healthy development of the second-hand network market,the most important impact on its development the problem of adverse selection(lemon problem)is of great theoretical and practical significance.In view of this reality,based on the relevant theories of information economics,this paper revolves around the topic of "lemon" in the network secondary market,which affects the domestic B2 C model.This paper first summarizes and compares the different characteristics of the "lemon" problem between the traditional second-hand market and the network second-hand market,and then analyzes the present situation,causes and effects of the "lemon" problem in the network second-hand market.And using the microcosmic data of the domestic network second-hand trading website platform,using the empirical research method to set up the measurement model,introducing new variable indicators,to quantitatively verify the factors that affect the development of the network second-hand market.The study found that: 1)the situation of information asymmetry without improving with the online transformation of the secondary market,the role of the market mechanism is still distorted,and the degree of adverse selection is still very strong.2)Depending on the negative influence of weakening "lemon" problem,it is difficult to play its due role.3)The bilateral credit evaluation system for second-hand transactions needs to be established urgently,in order to reduce the opportunistic space between the buyer and the seller,4)the second-hand commodity quality intermediary certification agency has a significant role in improving the asymmetry of commodity information,perfecting the quality evaluation standard of second-hand goods and realizing systematic management.Scientifically establish the quality grade and classifier of second-hand goods In order to increase the transparency of commodity quality information in the network second-hand market,it is an inevitable trend to guide the standardization of the network second-hand market in the future.Some policy suggestions are put forward to improve and optimize the operation and transaction efficiency of Internet secondary market.
