Research On The Development Of Bayberry Industry In Sanhu Township, Laifeng County Based On The "Rural Revitalization Strategy"

The Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward by Xi Jinping,the Part y's General Secretary,in the report to the 19 th National Congress of CPC,an d it was ranked as one of “the seven strategies” which must be firmly imple mented to secure a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous societ y in all respects.In 2018 “No 1 central document”,“The CPC Central Commit tee and State Council on the strategy of rural vitalization views”established cle ar and detailed regulations for implementing rural vitalization strategy.This req uires that it should be in accordance with the general requirements of "prosper ous industry,ecological livability,civilized local customs,effective governance,and affluent life",accurately grasping their relationship,carrying it out coordi nately and conducting orderly.As the vanguard of rural revitalization strategy,the role of industrial development cannot be ignored.San Hu town is one of the key poor towns of the concentrated destitute areas in Wu Ling mountainous area.As a pillar industry,although waxberry i ndustry has a relatively big size,but still exists some realistic problems in alllinks of the industrial chain,such as planting and management processing an d sales.It's not obvious that wax berry industry in San Hu town has played a role in rural revitalization and living standards of planting region farmers im proved not much.In view of this,this paper will be based on the opportunities of industry development under the strategy of rejuvenating the county and the unique reso urces of Lai Feng county,stand on the realistic problems in the waxberry ind ustry development,combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,and use SWOT analysis method especially,to analyze present condition of the dev elopment of waxberry industry in Lai Feng county,as well as existing proble ms and possibilities and opportunities of its future development.A series of c onclusions have been drawn as follows.First,under the dominant condition of the development of bayberry industry.Sanhu township in LaiFeng county has embarked on an agricultural brand phenomenon that boasts its unique local ch aracteristics.Second,the still exist problems that disturb its development,such as the irrational choice of the planting area,the lack of brand awareness,the dull sale as well as the incompleteness of the industry chain.In a nutshell,t o enable the bayberry industry in Sanhu township to develop sustainable and become a significant industrial support of poverty alleviation as well as rural r evitalization,the function of the government must be called into play.Moreover,in order to make Sanhu township worthy of the name “the First Township of Bayberry in Hubei”,we ought to strengthen the infrastructure development,rei nforce technical training,cultivate the market theme and accelerate the improv ement in the bayberry industry chain.In order to form a long-term mechanism to promote the development of waxberry industry in Lai Feng county.And ta king this opportunity,to improve the economic benefit and ecological benefit of waxberry industry,raise farmers' sensation of happiness and the acquisition,drive the development of local regional economy,and to carry out the strateg y of rejuvenating rural areas and move towards to a well-off society in all respects faster.
