Study On The Development O F Ecological Industry In Xingdoushan Nature Reserve Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,of which the requirements of industrial prosperity has become an important way for rural development.As a special area of rural development,the sustainable development of nature reserves is an important part of rLural revitalization.The strict protection policy of nature reserves has restricted its economic development,resulting in the contradiction between protection and development.This paper takes the development of ecological industry as the way to relieve the contradiction,selects Xingdoushan National Nature Reserve as the research area,and conducts in-depth research on the development path of its ecological industry,so as to achieve the coordinated development of the society,ecology and economy in Xingdoushan Nature Reserve.Based on the theories of two mountains theory,compound ecosystem theory and industrial economics theory,this paper focuses on the study of how to develop the ecological industry of Xingdoushan Nature Reserve,by analyzing the ecological industry's present situation,existing problems and influencing factors,and then putting forward the specific ecological industry development path and relative policy suggestions.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of understanding the regional situation,the paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the ecological industry in Xingdoushan Nature Reserve from the aspects of the layout and types of the ecological industry,and reveals the existing problems:ecological regional areas controlled by policy,insufficient ecological resources utilization and industrialization of ecological industry and ecological level is not high.Secondly,based on field investigations,from the aspects of the ecological resources,human resources,industrial development level,social economy,the reserve management and market demands,this paper takes an in-depth analysis on the influence factors of ecological industry development in Xingdoushan Nature Reserve,and has made the ST strategy of the development strategy of its ecological industry by using the empirical method of SWOT-AHP based on the analysis of influence factors.Finally,the paper puts forward that the ecological industry development should be insisted on the principle of ecological priority,scientific planning and efficiency improving and it should optimize the industry layout,integrate multiple types of industries and develop featured ecological industries.At the same time,the supporting policies of nature reserve's ecological industry are put forward at the aspects of industry infrastructure,structure adjustment,characteristic brand and benefits sharing.
