Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Industry Poverty Alleviation Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Industry is the foundation of development and the main support for getting rid of poverty.The project of rural industry poverty alleviation is directly related to the process of winning the battle against poverty,building a well-off society in an all-round way and revitalizing the countryside.As a“hematopoietic" way,the industrial poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable results,which has led many poverty-stricken areas to get rid of poverty and become rich.However,it is also necessary to pay attention to issues such as the endogenous motivation of the poor groups needs to be improved.Under the rural revitalization strategy,promoting rural industrial development and promoting industrial poverty alleviation projects are not only for the poverty-stricken people to get rid of poverty,but also to achieve all-round development of the countryside.Under the period of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy,The industrial poverty alleviation project has a huge responsibility.Exploring how to effectively promote industrial poverty alleviation projects and improve farmers’ income is benefit to Narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and enhance the vitality of rural development.Based on these background,this paper takes the poverty alleviation of mushroom industry in Qingfeng County of Henan Province as the research object.Through the relevant theories and the author’s investigation of the 4 townships’ several edible fungi producing arears in Qingfeng County,the author objectively analyzed the current situation and the achievements of poverty alleviation in the mushroom industry in Qingfeng County.However,through the investigation and analysis of Qingfeng County,there are also some problems during the implementation of the mushroom industry poverty alleviation project,for example,poor households have insufficient willingness and lack of self-development ability to participate in,anti-poverty enterprises and other help subjects have limited ability to help the poor,interest linkage between poor households and help subjects has some deficiencies,and so on.At the same time,in view,of those problems during the industrial poverty alleviation,the author analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of poor households can not systematically understand the value of poverty alleviation projects,the force between poor households and helping subjects is difficult to combine and government service guarantee measures are not perfect in industrial poverty alleviation.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to help Qingfeng County alleviate poverty through strengthening the investment and accumulation of rural human capital,promoting the development of the helping subjects and improving the interests between the poor households and the helping subjects.
