Study On Co-operation Efficiency Of Farmer Professional Cooperative Union In Wuling Mountain Area

In nearly a decade,the social status of the farmer professional cooperative union has been continuously improved.The growth numbers have increased rapidly,which are just like mushrooms after rain.Compared to the scattered small peasant subject,to enter the market as a cooperation organization is much better.But as the market and the changes of agricultural subject is constantly developing,the common problem of the cooperation organization has become prominent,which is the subject scale of farmers' professional cooperatives is still small.Besides,the management mechanism is also relatively loose.Although it has certain status in the market,it is in a weak position compared with other market subjects.In order to solve the "small","loose" and "weak" problem of farmers' professional cooperatives,they should combine into the farmer professional cooperative union.The union is the advanced form of cooperative.Relative to the cooperative,a subject which has a comparable scale is more scientific and practical in providing farmers with production management experience and production.It is not a pure academic research institutions,and not without losing generality either.The farmer professional cooperative union is the new trend of development of the agricultural management system,which inherit the obligations and responsibilities of cooperatives and continue to serve the farmers,but compared to cooperative,the union has more abundant capital,advanced technology and more powerful vitality.Under the guidance of the market and policy support,lots of the farmers' professional cooperatives in many provinces are having been union,with larger scale of market main body to preempt the market of agricultural and sideline products and enhance the bargaining power.By expanding the production scale,improving the production efficiency to reduce the transaction costs and deal with the problems that the club members cannot solve,such as letting agricultural industry chain of resource sharing and information exchange;and can improve the longitudinal business model,further extend the industrial chain,to the field of deep processing of agricultural products.However,the farmer professional cooperative union in our country is in the initial stage,and there is still a lack of theoretical research in this aspect.Therefore,the peasant professional cooperative union is the inevitable trend of agricultural modernization.The cooperative union is a combination of specialized farmer cooperatives,and its agricultural operation mode is also beginning to change.As to farmers' professional cooperatives,the farmer professional cooperative union established "agriculture total battalion system",which is based on household contract,farmers as the main body and core multiple farmers' professional cooperatives combined multiple subject jointly run mechanism is the advanced form of farmers' professional cooperatives.The report of the 18 th national congress of the CPC and the central No.1 files of 2013 are explicitly put forward the idea that combining the new type of agricultural management system include the constructing intensive,specialization,organization and socialization.In the new type of agricultural management system,the farmers' professional cooperatives with planting large,family farms and agricultural enterprise together were known as the new type of agricultural management main entity,the advanced mode of cooperative association as a cooperative union,belongs to a new type of agricultural management main entity.In recent years,Wuling mountain national area got remarkable achievements in the aspect of farmers' professional cooperatives.A number of rich people of Wuling mountain national area relying on cooperatives,however,the exploration of farmers' professional cooperative union's is still in its infancy,and the effects of cooperative joint venture remains to be explore,with the current momentum of development,the farmer professional cooperative union is expected to become the important carrier of single cooperatives to unite to meet market challenges around of the Wuling mountain area,and is the fundamental way out to complement the construction of moderately prosperous society's "short board",and is an important part of grand strategy of the implementation of agricultural industrialization.The topic of this paper is to use the data model to analyze the cooperating efficiency of the peasant professional cooperative union in Wuling Mountain and explore the cooperative value of the association.Before the analysis of the concept of cooperative association,and summarized the relevant theories and the operating mechanism,and formed a research group to the Enshi tujia nationality and miao nationality autonomous county,Hubei province,Yichang Changyang County and Zigui county,Hunan province Zhangjiajie,Sangzhi and so on around Wuling mountainous area,such as investigation of the local natural environment and agricultural development situation,the most important thing is to collect the operational data of local cooperative association and investigate the satisfaction of cooperative association members.Then carry out an analysis for 50 group data collected by regression analysis and principal component analysis,finally the results of the analysis is that the endogenous power and human capital for cooperative union camp mode plays a positive role in promoting.The results of the analysis and survey data also reflects some problems at the same time,the paper puts forward the corresponding solution Suggestions in view of the problem such as legal status,membership heterogeneity,regulatory mechanism,operation mechanism,and talent mechanism,hoping to offer the meager strength for agricultural economy,can help more farmers enjoy the total sales performance of the farmer professional cooperative union.
