With the rapid development of technological innovation,Nowadays the values and consumption concepts of consumers are rapidly changing,and the products are required to be diversified and personalized.Which lead to the time for product updating getting shorter and shorter.The rapid development of the new technology contribute to the emergence of new products.In the future,the development goal of the company will change from the pursuit of speed and scale to the goal of high quality and high efficiency.It will be developed by high output,low price,tending to individuation and good service.Faced with the new situation and new competition,the company in order to maintain the advantage and keep the impregnable position in the competition,which must break the original thinking,the previous thought that almost anything will not happen but to be the actual situation.In order to be able to adapt the rapid changes in the market,product updates will be through continuous innovation,push new products to meet customer demand,and maintain their competitive advantage is crucial.The new product is the power source to promote the sustainable upgrade of the company's development,it has become the main battlefield of the competition among the companies,and the era to obtain the maximum output development productivity competition with the minimal input has arrived.However,due to the unique specificity and other reasons of new products,it is difficult to develop new product and the failure rate is high.Forcing companies to apply advanced management techniques and optimize the product development process,shorten the development cycle of new product,introduce new products to the quality with faster speed and lower cost,Reduce the risk of new product development failures,at last the company can survive in the fierce competition.Taken the H company's new product development process as the research object,Based on the project management and process optimization theory,this paper does the research on the existing practice in the new product development process of H company's,such as the process of information transmission is not smooth,there are too many redundant value-added links,cross department communication and coordination are not effective,the development of the project cycle is too long,the delay in the schedule frequently happens,several products repeated to develop,frequent changes,these problems that hinder the rapid verification of new product development projects and can not meet the needs of market competition,This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon,and uses ESRS to eliminate the waste of in new product development process and improve efficiency,uses the method of ESRS to eliminate the waste in the process of new product development,improve new product development efficiency.Apply PDCA method to continue to improve and consolidate results.By using the theory of project management knowledge for effective planning,organization,implementation and control of the development process optimization,to ensure that the new product development project can be realize at the scheduled time,budget and quality requirements of the customer and the company's success,to meet the customer requirements and company develop strategy.
