Comrade Xi Jinping stressed in the party's nineteenth report that innovation is the first driving force for development and a strategic support for building a modern economic system.As an important growth point of national economy,enterprises are the new force of technological innovation and an important force to promote the sustainable development of national economy.Innovation is the driving force and source of enterprise development,which is an indispensable element of sustainable development of enterprises.Under the background of global economic integration,the competition between enterprises becomes increasingly fierce,and innovation becomes the only choice for enterprises to survive.Since Party's eighteen big,our country has made significant achievements on innovation-driven development strategy.Vigorously developing innovative companies is one of the important symbol of constructing innovative countries,and how to build a large number of innovative companies has become an important problem in the process of the current national development.Under this background,based on the theory of innovation and the enterprise under the guidance of the theory,on the connotation and characteristics of innovative companies at home and abroad,this paper aims to conduct researches on the evaluation and construction of innovative companies,understand the current state to the construction of innovative companies,clear the connotation of innovative companies.From the perspective of index hierarchy,quantity,and subordinate relations of innovative companies measure a comparative study on the existing results,based on the connotation of innovative companies,comparative analysis and some provinces and cities of innovative enterprises selection of conditions,from the creative,innovative ability,innovative practice,innovative management,innovative output five aspects,the research puts forward the index system of innovative companies.After expert consultation,two indicators are cut out accordingly,thus the evaluation standard measure is determined.The paper also determines the weight of the index,constructs a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and obtains the data through the questionnaire survey.According to the actual situation of the Suzhou H company in the actual situation of the innovative employees,on the premise of the internal regulation of index this paper conducts comprehensive evaluation and individual evaluation analysis and puts forward the countermeasures system of innovative companies cultivation from the angle of enterprise.
