After the consumption,investment and net export of troika,innovation drive has become an important force driving economic growth,and the 18th national congress of the communist party of China has clearly put forward the strategy of implementing innovation-driven development.The innovation drive is essentially the talent drive,and it should give full play to the important role of various talents,especially the innovative talents,to stimulate the vitality of the subject and consolidate the foundation for the development of innovation.Enterprises,as the important growth point of national economy,are not only the basic place to increase employment,important source of national financial revenue,or the important foundation of social stability,but also the major force of technology innovation and one kind of the important force in the sustainable development of national economy.All sorts of activities in the enterprise are accomplished by the enterprise employees,who are the main body of innovation,thus innovative employees,as a kind of innovative talents,have special status and roles in the enterprise.Therefore,measuring and cultivating innovative employees has become an urgent problem to be solved.Under this background,based on the theory of innovation,talent standards under the guidance of the theory and the theory of human resource management,this paper aims to comb the research on the connotation and characteristics of creative talents(employees),evaluation and cultivation both home and abroad,to discriminate related concepts,determine the connotation of innovative employees,summarizes the five industries,including a total of 15 enterprises(innovative)employee cultivation practice.From index hierarchy,quantity,and subordinate relations Angle measure for innovative employees,a comparative study on the existing results is conducted.Based on the conclusion of the connotation of innovative employees and comparative analysis,stemmed from the five aspects of innovative spirit,innovative thinking,innovative ability,creative practice and creative output,the research puts forward the index system of enterprise innovative employee measure.After expert consultation,two indicators are cut out accordingly,thus the evaluation standard measure is determined.The paper also determines the weight of the innovative employees to measure the index,constructs a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and obtains the data through the questionnaire survey.According to the actual situation of the Suzhou H company in the actual situation of the innovative employees,on the premise of the internal regulation of index this paper conducts comprehensive evaluation and individual evaluation analysis and puts forward the countermeasures of innovative employees cultivation system from the angle of enterprise.
