Study On The Optimization Strategies Of Industrial Space In Perspective Of Integration Functional Zone And Towns

Since the inception of China's development zone,it has experienced development for more than 30 years.With the rising economic aggregate,it has become an important regional social and economic space carrier.With the development of the conditions continuing to mature,the development zone has entered a key period which turns from a single industrial park to a comprehensive new city zone transformation,the integrated development trend with the surrounding areas gradually become clear.In recent years,China has put forward the " Integration functional zone and towns " development model,which is a new and effective way to promote the integration of development zone and towns.It also helps find new approach to achieve benign interaction and coordinated development between zone and towns.The core of the integration development is the economic and industrial integration.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to optimize the industrial space between zone and towns which is the organization and operation carrier.With this background,the study follows general industrial space research laws.First of all,treats the relationship between the development zone and towns as a context and analyzes the formation and evolution of industrial space.It is found that the development of industrial space shows a trend of "integration functional zone and towns " and "functional compound".And then proposes that the development zone and the township industrial space should be studied as a whole.Secondly,from the factors of industrial space,this paper emphasizes on the development of endogenous industry factors,the factors of external planning,the factors of policy coordination and the influence of social plural factors on industrial space.Then,as a starting point,the study goes on deep-level analysis about the town status industry space in the industry's own development,the layout of industrial land use,the construction of related infrastructure,the management system and so on.Then,combined with the previous study,from the perspective of the district town integration,this paper puts forward four strategies which are "industry linkage,space integration,facilities to build,administrative co-management".The integration of the town's industrial space elements is will be strength then through the construction of district town linkage of the industrial system,which also help improve the relevant facilities,establish the coordination and co-management of the institutional mechanisms and achieve the district and township industrial space optimization and upgrading.Finally,combines the actual case of Wujin National High-tech Zone and its neighboring towns with the study to further elaborate the implementation way of the optimization strategy,in order to provide some reference for the industrial space optimization of the similar condition area in China.
