Study On Master Production Schedule System Under Supply Chain Environment For SE Company

In the process of supply chain management,how to coordinate the behavior of each node of the supply chain,such as the behavior between upstream and downstream,and between internal functional departments,has become an important subject.Supply chain lacking coordination is easy to result in double-marginalization and other inefficient behavior.The coordination mechanism of supply chain includes the coordination of master production plan,flexible contract of supply and demand quantity,capacity and resource allocation.This paper takes SE company as the research background.SE company is a "Make for order" foreign-funded manufacturing enterprise,mainly producing medium voltage switch circuit breakers with customized requirements.By studying how the master production schedule can make use of its coordination and balance mechanism in the supply chain environment of SE company to improve the operating efficiency and find out the rationality of the master production system of SE company.Through the site investigation,this thesis comprehensively introduces SE company and focuses on the management status of production planning system.By using experience summarization we focuses on its design,operation and coordination mechanism and its development process to find out how a company coordinate and control between supplier and manufacturer for achieving target of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.The research idea and design method of the MPS in this thesis including the conclusion could be a reference to other similar manufacturing company.
