With the rapid development of Internet technology and the Internet economy,the temporary team to be able to break through the traditional organizational boundaries,rapid response,a variety of technical personnel to overcome difficulties in team under a clear time limit.It has been more and more used in practice,to adapt to the rapidly changing Internet era.So how to promote the better operation of the temporary team is the focus of the researchers and the actual managers.The diversity of temporary team members is one of the basic characteristics of team diversity,and the characteristics of short life cycle make time a key element for temporary team to gain competitive advantage.Therefore,whether there is a shared cognition of time side in team process,and avoiding conflict is also the key to decide whether a temporary team can achieve good performance level.This study first studies the theory of team diversity,team temporal mental model,team performance,and so on.Then define related concepts.Secondly,regarding temporary team as the research object,based on the classic IPO model,starting from the perspective of time,with the team diversity as input,the temporal team mental model for team process,team performance as output,researching the relationship between them and the influence of time pressure in various relationships,so that to further open the process mechanism of understanding the team sharing time based on team time mental models,which has the influence of deep implicit diversity.Then,building the model and put forward the research hypothesis.The data were collected by using 2*2 factor design(time personality diversity large /small*time pressure high/low),and analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.The results show that the time personality diversity has a significant positive impact on team performance,team temporal mental model has a significant positive impact on team performance,team temporal mental models play an intermediary role in time personality diversity and team performance.The moderating effect of time stress between time personality diversity and team temporal mental models was confirmed in the trial group.Finally,analyzing and discussing the results of this study,and putting forward the management suggestions.
