Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Leisure Agriculture Development In Yangzhou

In the new era,with the remarkable improvement of people's living standards and great changes of their ideological concepts and lifestyles,urban residents are more advocating the concept of natural and leisure life.The development of leisure agriculture in China has been great improved.Leisure agriculture,which integrates the characteristics of agriculture,tourism and service industries,plays an important role in promoting farmers' income and promoting rural economic development.It is an important direction for China's new rural construction at the present stage.It is an important measure to firmly establish five development concepts,actively respond to the general requirements of the national rural revitalization Strategy and build a well-off society in an all-round way.As a national civilized tourist city in Chaina,Yangzhou is rich in natural resources,solid industrial foundation and remarkable condition advantages.However,the development of leisure agriculture in Yangzhou City is still in its infancy,and the gap with other regions is significant,which deserves our attention and reflection.Based on Marx's theory of leisure economy,multi-functional agriculture theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and government function theory,this paper takes leisure agriculture in Yangzhou as the research object by means of literature research,field investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods.The current situation summarizes the problems in the development of Yangzhou leisure agriculture,including small scale,low homogeneity,backward supporting facilities and insufficient publicity and marketing.Inaccurate leisure positioning,imperfect system and mechanism,unscientific planning and layout,inadequate management services and human capital have been pointed out to be the main reasons for such phenomenon.On the basis of many references,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of leisure agriculture in Yangzhou City:introducing guiding and supporting policies,establishing leisure concept;highlighting the advantages of brand features,rationally planning and layout;improving manage service level,improving system and mechanism;strengthening the introduction of talents,providing financial support,improving supporting facilities;broadening the channels of publicity and promotion,and intensifying publicity and marketing efforts.
