Study On The Development Of Rural Tourism In Changsha Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

According to the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the proposal of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure to win the victory of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The effective implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the promotion of the rapid development of the new rural economy are the opportunities for the development of rural tourism.In the national tourism work report in January 2018,Li Jinzao,director of the National Tourism Administration,clearly pointed out that: we should focus on promoting rural tourism and make it a new channel to help the poor and enrich the people.Rural tourism has been developing rapidly in Changsha for nearly 30 years.As a new industrial form,it has played an important role in promoting the structural reform of agricultural supply side,promoting the employment and income of farmers,and building a beautiful countryside.It has shown a broad development prospect,and has become a new driving force and bright spot for rich farmers,improving agriculture and beautifying the countryside.With the improvement of people's living standards,tourism has become a part of the life of ordinary people.Especially for the urban white-collar class,in the face of busy work and social pressure,short-term rural tourism has become a great choice to relax their body and mind.In recent years,it has become more and more popular,forming some brand rural tourism specimens around the first tier cities.It can be used for reference for the development of rural tourism in the second and third tier cities.Because of the outbreak of the epidemic,it is of practical significance to stimulate domestic demand for stabilizing the economy and growth.Recently,23 departments,including the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce,jointly issued the implementation opinions on promoting consumption,capacity expansion and quality improvement,and accelerating the formation of a strong domestic market,making it clear that the consumption capacity of residents should be continuously improved.As the consumption demand of rural tourism around the city will increase relatively.In order to stimulate consumption,local governments have issued relevant policies to pay close attention to and encourage the development of rural tourism.According to the current situation of rural tourismdevelopment in Changsha,four typical development models of rural tourism in Changsha are summarized.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization and Poverty Alleviation Policies,this paper has a clearer understanding of the current situation analysis of the development mode of rural tourism in Changsha,and further puts forward problems and solutions.Taking Cifu village in Kaihui town and xunlonghe village in Guoyuan town in Changsha County as examples,it analyzes the experience of rural tourism development model.This paper takes Changsha City as the research object,puts forward specific tourism development suggestions through field research,interviews,etc.,puts forward to take the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy as the general starting point,promote the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas as a whole,provides reference and reference for the development of rural tourism,and puts forward seven methods to promote the development of rural tourism,including: do a good job in rural tourism spatial planning,to achieve the next level Discs,chess,excavating the historical details,shaping the new image of cultural tourism,promoting the development of rural tourism products,stimulating tourism consumption,digging out the characteristics of rural tourism,forming brand effect,promoting the development of Internet plus rural tourism,innovating the direction of rural tourism development,relying on the Rural Revitalization policy,providing essential guarantee for the development of rural tourism,and grasping the pulse of the times to promote rural tourism supply.The upgrading of the feeder side structure has certain application value and guiding significance.
