Dawa County serving as the birthplace of the first modern family farm in liaoning province, it adheres to the transfer of the contractual right of land, promotes land intensive development, speeds up the build a new type of agricultural management system, promotes the development of modern agriculture, realizes the innovation of agricultural production way, and explores the new mode in conformity with the practical situation of county family farm.This paper systemically introduce the merchant family farm construction situation of Dawa County, especially the background of the construction of the family farm condition, definition, characteristics and practical situation. At the same time, we combine the current situation of the development of merchant family farm and emerging issues, to put forward the improvement opinions or suggestions on family farm.
