Research On Operation Mode Of Shishi Youth Innovation Incubation Center From The Five Elements Of Business Model

The business model is the logic of the business operation of the incubator.The service,profitability and sustainable development of incubators are closely related to their business models.This article takes Shishi Youth Innovation Incubation as the breakthrough point,taking the incubator theory research as the foundation,contrasts the domestic and foreign incubator operation pattern,unifies the incubation center operation present situation,the strategic environment analysis,uses the commercial model five factor method,This paper discusses the construction of incubator value chain,taking "investment service" as the value proposition,and applies it to the daily operation of Shishi Youth Innovation Incubation.Through this study,the following experiences have emerged:First,establishing an evaluation and exit mechanism for incubators,strictly controlling "import and export",giving full play to the role of government policy guidance,and realizing the effective integration of all kinds ofincubators are the core of establishing the operating mode of incubators.Second,the construction of value chain system,which should integrate all kinds of resources,such as incubator,government department,university,scientific research institution,intermediary,financial institution and so on,so as to promote the benign circle of incubation system together.Each environment is the participant of the system.Is also the recipient of the system benefit.Third,the sustainable development of the incubator,the ability of the incubator to obtain stable cash flow should be enhanced.Government subsidies should not be the main source of income.Construct reasonable and balance of payments model to promote the better development of incubator.Fourth,the value of incubator is advocated as "investment service" which includes two aspects:on the one hand,establishing system incubation system,integrating resources of all parties,forming a linkage security system of joint efforts,providing long-term protection for entrepreneurs.On the other hand,the establishment of incubated enterprises industry evaluation and exit mechanism.It is hoped that these suggestions can promote the development of incubator industry and provide reference for the government to formulate the policy of supporting incubator.
