| Communication design enterprises provide communication engineering design and consulting services to communication operators,government customers,business customers and industrial customers.For many years,benefiting from the rapid development of the domestic communication industry and the rapid growth of the investment in the construction of communication network,communication design industry has grown rapidly and communication design enterprises have become an important part of the communication industry chain.At the same time,the competition among the enterprises in the communication design industry is becoming more and more intense.J company is one of the most powerful communication design enterprises in China.At present,the service market of J company has spread throughout most of the provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities.J company provides a variety of services including communication design services,communication consulting services,communication network optimizing services,communication system integrating services,energy saving services and environment protecting services.Among them,communication design service is the traditional service of J company,and is also a major source of income for J company.The development of communication design service plays an important role for J company in gaining advantages in the industry competition.This paper uses a variety of strategic analysis methods and tools to derive a reasonable and feasible business competition strategy of communication design service for J company.In this paper,firstly,the PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external environment of the enterprise,to get the opportunities and threats that the enterprise faces,and the external factors are evaluated by using the EFE matrix analysis tool.Secondly,the existing internal resources,capacity and core competitiveness of J company are analyzed for the communication design business,the advantages and disadvantages of J in communication design business are compared with those of its main competitors,and the internal factors are evaluated by using the IFE matrix analysis tool.On the basis of analyzing the external environment and internal environment of enterprises,the SWOT analysis model is used to put forward the differentiation competition strategy which the J company should adopt in the communication design service.In view of the differentiation competition strategy,the corresponding implementation plans and the corresponding measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy are put forward. |
