Competitive strategy can help enterprises gain advantages in fiercely competitive markets and is a key factor in determining their sustainable development.Since 2015,a large amount of private capital has flooded into the aerospace industry,and China’s aerospace industry has entered a "fast lane" of innovative development,with increasingly fierce market competition.As an important branch of the aerospace industry,satellite communication plays a crucial role in emergency communication,emergency relief,television broadcasting,space station communication transmission,and military warfare,and has always been a focus of international competition.As a state-owned enterprise specializing in the field of satellite communication,Company A has a significant responsibility and mission,and requires guidance from competitive strategies.This is not only related to the survival of Company A,but also to how to create core competitive advantages to achieve long-term development,fully leverage the power of state-owned assets,and support the safe and high-quality development of the state-owned economy.How to formulate and implement is a problem that Company A is currently facing.This article combines the actual situation of Company A and analyzes the external environment,internal environment,resources,and capabilities of Company A from macro,meso,and micro levels through PEST analysis method,Porter’s Five Forces model,internal resource analysis framework,benchmarking analysis,SWOT and other analysis models,in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Company A.Finally,a comprehensive analysis is conducted using the SWOT framework to develop a suitable competitive strategy for Company A and propose measures to ensure the implementation of the competitive strategy,in order to help Company A improve its competitiveness.In the process of company development,competitive strategy will constantly adjust in the face of new environments.The competitive strategy obtained through the analysis of the above management tools is essentially a combination of advantages that gather multiple factors.When the external environment undergoes drastic changes,resulting in internal capabilities and external environment being unable to match,new competitive strategies will be continuously iterated.I hope this study can provide practical value for formulating and implementing A Company’s competitive strategy,and also provide some ideas for other satellite communication companies in the same industry to formulate and implement competitive strategies.
