With the continuous increase of national income,the concept of consumption of new generation parents has been escalating,the policy of two children has been implemented,and the favorable policies of maternal and child service industry have been continuously introduced.The domestic maternal and child service market is full of great opportunities and challenges.In order to keep up with the market orientation,it has a place in the trillion-yuan maternal and child service market.Yangzhou AK Company has gradually transformed from the original vocational training,focusing on the maternal and child service market.To this end,AK must develop a competing strategy for maternal and child services that is suitable for its own development,ensuring that it maintains a leading position in the fierce competition in the maternal and child services market.This article takes the AK company maternal and child services as the research object.Firstly,through the systematic investigation,it comprehensively sorts out the background,development history and operation status of AK company.Then,through the PEST analysis method,the macro environment of maternal and child services is systematically analyzed.The force model systematically analyzed the maternal and child service industry and found that maternal and child services are "sunrise industries" and have huge market potential.The AK company’s transition to maternal and child service market is the trend of the times,and the huge dividend of maternal and child services also indicates the mother and baby.The fierce competition in the service market,so AK companies must make the right competitive strategy choice for maternal and child services;further,use SWOT analysis to systematically sort out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of AK,and point out that the company is in maternal and child services.In the fierce market competition,the problems and cruxes are at a disadvantage.Finally,through comparative analysis of competitive strategies,it is proposed that AK should choose a differentiated competitive strategy;at the same time,to ensure the smooth implementation of the differentiated competitive strategy,from the organization and manpower Three aspects of resources and culture have made corresponding battles for AK companies.The implementation of safeguard measures is designed to help AK maintain its leading position in the fierce market competition,provide more scientific,professional and quality services for pregnant women and infants,and promote the continuous improvement of domestic maternal and child service levels.In the process of investigating the status quo of maternal and child services research,it is found that although the domestic maternal and child service market is relatively broad,there are not many thematic studies on competition in this kind of market.The research in this paper is a basic attempt.
