Research On Poverty Alleviation Model Of Assets Income In Changzhi City Of Shanxi ProvinceSatisfaction Analysis

In his report at the 19th Communist Party of China National Congress,President Xi Jinping made a comprehensive summary of the great achievements that China has made in poverty alleviation and put forward the goal of achieving full eradication of poverty in 2020 on a national scale,which pointed out the direction for poverty alleviation work in the future.At this stage,the poverty alleviation work in Shanxi Province has entered the most important sprint phase.To better achieve the goal of poverty alleviation,Shanxi Province began to actively explore the Asset Income Poverty Alleviation Mode and determined Changzhi City as the only asset income pilot in the whole province at the end of 2016.This mode is good for motivating the productive forces in the poor rural areas,activating the resource elements and increasing the income of the poor.,which also contributes to the goal of lifting all the 2.32 million poor people in 58 national and provincial poverty-stricken counties out of povertyUnder the guidance of President Xi Jinping's idea of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation and the research foundation of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper expounds the relevant concepts and theories,taking Changzhi City,the only asset income pilot in Shanxi Province,as the research sample.In the meantime,through access to information,visiting the relevant department and on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes a scientific and reasonable analysis on the model of asset income poverty alleviation in Changzhi City.First of all,in use of the data collected through on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the satisfaction of the good cases among all the modes of Asset Income Poverty Alleviation in Changzhi City,where 11 assets income poverty alleviation pilot counties are sampled randomly and a total of 230 households are recorded as poor households.It is a good way to understand the satisfaction of poor households on the operation of the Asset Income Poverty Alleviation Mode through the satisfaction questionnaire and the household survey.Second of all,based on the satisfaction analysis,it is found that in the operation process,there still exist problems like lack of ideological understanding,non-standard financial accounts,low enthusiasm for financial institutions and little training on the poor households.In the end,through the qualitative analysis of the above problems,corresponding measures are given in this paper,which includes improving guarantee mechanism,strengthening data supervision,absorbing the professional talents,strengthening the training and expanding the management subject.All of these measures are aiming at promoting the achievement of asset income poverty alleviation in Changzhi City.
