| Pepper is a kind of deciduous shrub spice plant and Woody oil tree.It has a long and extensive planting history in China.Due to its high economic value and ecological value,it has become a local leading industry in many regions.Therefore,the development of the pepper industry not only affects the local economic development direction,but also relates to the overall living standards of residents.Pingshun county in Shanxi province is also a veritable home of pepper,and its planting history can be traced back more than 1500 years.It is famous for its excellent quality,large particles,colorful colors,full oil bags,and strong hemp aroma.It is also known as the "Dahongpao." Planting pepper has always been one of the main sources of economic resources for peasant households in the pepper producing areas.Since the reform and opening up,with the expansion of the market economy,Pingshun County government will support the development of the pepper industry as one of the key projects for local poverty eradication and enrichment.Pingshun pepper main production area is located in Zhongwujing Township,Hongtiguan Township,Beidangche Township,Yanggao Township,Shicheng Town,Dongshitou Township,and Xingcheng Township.The distribution of natural conditions is good,which is conducive to the growth of pepper.The average annual production is relatively stable,but there are still some problems in many areas With reference to the previous research achievements and the development of local pepper industry,this paper takes the outstanding problems existing in the process of the development of pepper industry in Pingshun region as the research object,and expounds the current development status of the pepper industry in Pingshun through consulting relevant data and visiting many places.Find out the reasons that restrict its development,and analyze and summarize its constraints,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to boost its rapid and healthy development. |
