Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Town Based On Pepper Industry

The construction of characteristic towns is an important part of the national "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" regarding rural development and rural tourism development.In 2019,Jilin Province issued the “ Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Establishment of Special Industrial Towns in Jilin Province”,and Fushun Town in Taonan City was listed as a special industrial town.This article takes Fushun Town of Taonan City as the research object,uses SWOT analysis method,case analysis method and through the distribution of questionnaires,explores how to build a characteristic small town based on the pepper industry,and proposes the construction planning and construction path.First of all,by referring to the literature and related documents,we understand and elaborate the journey of our country's characteristic town from its inception to its development till now,and summarize its concept and construction significance.The existing location,environment,environment,characteristic industries and other advantages of Fushun Township are expounded,and the constraints and challenges for the construction of pepper towns are also analyzed from the aspects of urbanization and town competition.Secondly,by studying the cases of many characteristic towns at home and abroad,the successful experience is summarized: "Complete characteristic industrial chain and cultural tourism highlights are the endogenous driving force and the key to the development of characteristic towns." Clarified the special positioning of pepper towns and the development vision of "rich living,beautiful livable,harmonious development,and outstanding industries",and put forward the development strategy: the construction of pepper towns will shape local superior brands and form "small but precise,special "Excellent" development model,strengthen sustainable development,scientific and rational structure,strengthen infrastructure,and improve the support capacity of town development.Designed township planning,industrial planning and township planning of pepper characteristic towns.In the end,the construction path of pepper specialty towns of "applying for funding-innovation subject-introducing business format" was proposed.Finally,through field investigations,interviews learned that there are insufficient pepper areas in the construction of pepper towns,backward processing and underdeveloped urbanization.According to the local actual conditions and government support policies,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the courtyard economy,the construction of large-scale industrial parks and the acceleration of the integration of industry and city were given.
