Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Real Estate Registration In Taiyuan

The rapid development of Chinese market economy makes it clear that the property rights of real estate are becoming more and more important.With the trial operation of real estate registration system,the problems faced in practice are also increasing.At the same time,the research on real estate registration has become a hot spot for jurists and other domestic scholars.In the actual management work,some of the countermeasures they proposed have also been adopted.This article analyzes the development status of real estate registration in Taiyuan,combining with the experience of domestic and foreign hot cities and first-line pilot cities,through literature reading,case analysis,investigation and research,comparative analysis and other research methods,for not unified registration agency,incomplete legal basis,unsound registration information,handling poorly registered staff and so several categories problem in real estate registration in Taiyuan,the real estate registration system and plan ot Taiyuan have been proposed to achieve the unification of real estate registration standards;to clarify the legal basis in real eatate registration process;to standardize real estate registration information system;to further enhance the practical implementation of real estate registration personnel and other aspects of specific implementation recommendations.
