Research On Financing Problem Of Farmers Specialized Cooperative In Zhuji City

The Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC has made a major decision-making plan to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a major historical task for building a well-off society in an all-round way and a socialist modernization country in an all-rousd way.Farmers'professional cooperatives are an effective way to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and a necessary means to achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization.Practice has proved that Zhuji Farmers'Professional Cooperatives play an important role in the strategy of rural revitalization,but they face financing difficulties in the process of development,which restricts the healthy development of farmers' professional cooperatives.Therefore,it is of great significance for the healthy development of farmers'professional cooperatives to find out the financing problems and key constraints of farmers' professional cooperatives.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,key informants interview and binary logistic,this paper studies the financing problem of farmers'professional cooperatives in Zhuji City.The results show that:(1)Farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhuji play an important role in the agricultural economy.Zhuji Farmers'Specialized Cooperatives have played an important role in the development of agricultural economy,which is mainly embodied in the promotion of farmers' organized access to the market,the expansion of agricultural social services,the acceleration of standardized and branded agricultural development,the enhancement of market competitiveness of agricultural products,and the broadening of farmers'income.Channel.(2)Loans for farmers' professional cooperatives are generally difficult.Farmers'professional cooperatives in Zhuji are facing difficulties in lending during their development,mainly because the loan quota is difficult to meet the needs,the loan term is short,the proportion of credit loans is low,and the development of rural finance is lagging behind.(3)Factors affecting farmers' professional cooperatives' financing difficulties.The results show that profit margin,fixed assets,demonstration grade,brand,financial system,financial personnel,settlement account,working experience of the president,reputation of the president,financial support policies of township government are the key constraints affecting the financing of farmers' professional cooperatives.(4)In view of the financing difficulties of farmers'specialized cooperatives in Zhuji City,this paper puts forward some measures,such as supplementing the short board of financing,creating favorable conditions for farmers' specialized cooperatives financing by financial institutions,and improving the financing support policies of farmers'specialized cooperatives by government departments.
