Research On The Renovation Of Rural "Hollow Village" Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the rapid development of social economy in China,a large number of "hollow villages" have emerged.The problem of "hollow village" has become one of the important factors restricting the sustainable development of rural social economy,and also the difficulty of rural economic construction and urban-rural integration development in China.Its essence is that the unbalanced development of urban and rural dual economy in China has caused problems such as public services for agriculture,countryside and farmers,utilization of agricultural land resources and so on.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,this study takes Ciwu Town of Zhuji City as an example to study the renovation of "hollow villages" under the background of new urbanization,and to provide theoretical and empirical basis for understanding the phenomenon of "hollow villages" and renovating "hollow villages".Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and other survey methods,this study conducted in-depth exploration of "hollow villages" in Zhuji City,using research and analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods.The results show that the"hollowing" of rural areas in Zhuji City has been very serious,manifested by serious population loss,unreasonable layout of residential land,serious land idleness,shortage of public services,and so on,if not in time.Because of the siphon effect of cities,the hollowing of rural areas will be worsened.In view of the lack of systematicness and integrity in the space renovation of "hollow village",Ciwu Town of Zhuji City explores three modes:in situ demolition and renovation,centralized apartment for peasants and protection and utilization of old houses(ancient villages),starting from solving the idleness of old houses,improving land use rate and improving living conditions.This study summarizes the role of three modes in the spatial renovation of "hollow village" from three aspects:mode analysis,case analysis and role analysis.This study also examines the socio-economic problems in the process of "hollow villages" renovation,and considers that the current renovation model does not take into account the difficulties of local employment,lack of village planning and maintenance,waste of public facilities resources and other issues,and puts forward the following solutions:first,strengthen the consensus of "hollow villages" renovation,through publicity and education,improve farmers'legal awareness,land protection and so on.Consciousness lays a good mass foundation for the renovation of "hollow villages";secondly,the key to the renovation of "hollow villages" lies in the development of rural industry,guiding resources to return to the countryside through supporting the development of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",thus promoting the return of rural population;thirdly,efforts should be made to improve the construction of rural infrastructure,strengthen the renovation of village appearance,so as to retain people in the countryside;fourthly,control the scale of land use;Land consolidation should be carried out to improve land production efficiency.
