| Under the background of urban-rural dual system,the problems brought by "hollow village" have become increasingly serious and already been one of the main factors restraining the healthy development of China’s rural economy and society.The emergence of hollow village has not only destroyed the rural regional system and caused serious land resources waste,but also hindered our country’s new-type urbanization construction and the implementation of the strategy for protecting cultivated land red line.To this end,the research on comprehensive evaluation on the degree of rural hollowing and the hollow village land reclamation potential evaluation technology,is conducive to pushing forward rural land renovation project in tens of thousands of villages,improving the living environment,promoting agricultural scale operation,and driving the construction of new countryside and beautiful village.Based on "twelfth five-year" national science and technology support plan,plain agricultural area Dengzhou in Henan province was selected in the thesis as the research area.The author followed the main line of studying from "theory to empirical analysis" with"macrocosm to microcosm" in the thesis.After reviewing related research at home and abroad and some helpful experience of village land reclamation,the related concepts of "hollow village" were defined,the evolution mechanism and the forming reason of hollow village were analyzed,and then the typical characteristics of hollow village as well as their impact on China’s rural development were dissected.Based on the data from the research area,GF-2 satellite remote sensing images,the second land survey in Dengzhou and field survey,the status quo of hollow village and the natural,social and economic development in the research area was analyzed.The land utilization change and landscape pattern evolution of Dengzhou from 2000 to 2015 were also analyzed.Finally,land utilization classification of the hollow village in the study area was completed based on GF-2 satellite remote sensing image data and the classification system of the hollow village,and the land suitability of the hollow village was evaluated on the basis of the influencing factors.This study focused on the comprehensive evaluation on rural hollowing and stratified sampling technology,the evaluation techniques of hollow village land reclamation potential,as well as the simulation technology of spatial pattern evolution in hollow village.The comprehensive evaluation technology of rural hollowing was implemented by developing comprehensive evaluation system of rural hollowing degree in provincial,county and township(town)scales and the degree was graded to visualize the regional difference in hollowing degree.In this thesis,the hollow village reclamation potential evaluation included theoretical and realistic reclamation potential evaluation.The schemes of simulating hollow village evolution are as follows:non protection,prime farmland protection,water resources protection,ancient cultural relics protection,ecological protection and integrated protection.Based on the six schemes,the typical village reclamation scheme in the research area was put forward,and then some strategies and practical suggestions were proposed according to the existing problems in the hollow village reclamation in China. |
