With the popularity of the Internet and the arrival of the 4G network, the abuse of network resources by the organization staff poses new challenges to the managers.Organizational Internet Deviance Behavior(OIDB)has become a widespread problem. At present, the domestic scholars` research on measurement of OIDB is mainly from the scale of foreign development, less with the scale of local taste. And this research mainly is speculative,a rare combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. In addition, the OIDB on In-role Performance(IRP)is very rare.Based on the research of OIDB at home and abroad, this study combines with the China scenario development organization Internet deviance behavior scale, and investigates its impact on IRP.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)OIDB is a multi dimension structure, including social behavior, selfish behavior, interest behavior.(2)This study has good reliability and validity. The three dimensionals` coefficient respectively: 0.890,0.861,0.925,and the scale total reliability coefficient was 0.904.It has relatively high internal consistency.Three factors of exploring factor analysis has explained the total variation of the 79.652%,which explains three factor to measurement content of OIDB.From the confirmatory factor analysis,NFI,RFI,IFI,TFI,CFI,GFI,RMR values were 0.965,0.954,0.980,0.973,0.979,0.949,0.035.They all reach the significant level, indicating that the three factor structure is reasonable.Based on this,we test of the efficiency, distinguished with the deviance behavior of organization from to the workplace.(3)OIDB has a significant negative effect on IRP.The more serious the deviation behavior, the lower the performance of employees.
