Research On The Influencing Factors Of Innovation Clusters Evolution Based On Industry-University-Research Collaboration

Along with the rapid development of digitization and networking,The competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,Innovation is undoubtedly an important weapon for enterprises to improve their competitiveness.As a kind cluster of industrial cluster which has the innovation consciousness and the enthusiasm of innovation,The innovation cluster has become an important strategy to promote industrial innovation and promote economic growth.A growing number of academics are taking aim at innovative clusters.By In-depth analysis of the innovation cluster,As an important part of innovation cluster,production,learning and research are of great significance to the development and evolution of innovation clusters.However,the existing researches reveal the research results of innovation cluster evolution in collaboration with industry-university-research,especially quantitative research,which is basically blank.Based on the research of innovation cluster formation path and influencing factors,this paper constructs an empirical analysis model of innovation cluster influencing factors in the context of industry-university-research collaboration.Again,the paper analyzed the relationship between competency and job performance of SMES middle-level managers.It verified significant correlation between competency and job performance and different competency dimensions exist significant differences in the impact of different dimensions of job performance.Through questionnaire survey,this paper made a quantitative analysis using grey relational analysis method.study shows that the industry-university-research collaboration has an important influence on the evolution of innovation clusters.However,the influence degree of each factor is different in the different stages of innovation clusters.In the formative stage,economic environment,relationship-cooperation mechanism and interestscooperation mechanism play a greater role than other factors;In the growth stage,results of patent transfer income,investment of science and technology service personnel,relationship-cooperation mechanism,knowledge-cooperation mechanism,economy environment have the greater impact on innovation clusters;Enterprise research staff investment,relationship-collaboration mechanism,political environment and economic environment make a greater difference on innovation clusters in the mature stage.Finally,through the analysis of the research conclusions,the author puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the evolution of the innovation cluster,and points out the shortcomings in this study.
