Under the background of diversified customer needs,variable market,multi-level competition and comprehensive economic globalization,many enterprises choose to achieve breakthrough performance improvement through business process reengineering in order to seek sustainable growth,which also includes the reengineering and improvement of enterprise project delivery model.Since the 40s of last century,The mode of project delivery has undergone the evolution from professional subdivision to professional cooperation..The integrated project delivery mode,which was born in 90s,is the most integrated one.In order to improve the quality of the project and reduce the cost of the project.In order to improve the current situation of poor communication,information hiding and only consideration of the maximization of their own interests,many enterprises in the world try to make delivery mode reengineering and transform the traditional delivery mode into integrated project delivery mode.Business process reengineering and integrated project delivery are well received worldwide.However,due to the fact that their internal mechanism is still not perfect,there are many obstacles in their practical application and promotion.In this paper,a single case study method is used to study the process of Ericsson's delivery process reengineering and the implementation process of the new delivery mode.In the context of globalization,it is explored how enterprises can successfully transfer from traditional delivery mode to integrated project delivery mode,how to improve standardization and specialization in the implementation of integrated project delivery,and how to carry out remote delivery and other related issues.First of all,this paper reviews the theory of Business Process Reengineering at home and abroad and the related literature of integrated project delivery.This paper focuses on the research status and theoretical gap of business process reengineering and integrated project delivery,so as to clarify the research problems in this paper,design the analysis framework of this paper,and select the appropriate research methods.After that,this paper expounds the research design,including the selection of research methods,the selection of cases,the collection and analysis of related data,and the processing methods of reliability and validity.Then,the case is described and analyzed.The case description mainly introduces Ericsson's traditional delivery mode and IWP delivery mode.IWP is an integrated project delivery mode that is suitable for Ericsson's delivery according to the standard work package.In the case analysis,the traditional project delivery mode,integrated project delivery mode,Ericsson PROPS and IWP are compared and analyzed.Then the process of Ericsson delivery model process reengineering is described and the results of reengineering are compared and analyzed.Finally,the IPD process reengineering model based on "standard work package" is extracted from four aspects of the motivation,architectural innovation,organizational structure change and business process modularization of the delivery mode reengineering.The last chapter is the conclusion and future prospects.Through case studies,the conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Enterprises can adopt the mode of delivery process modularization,only change the connection mode of workshops,not change the work content of the participants,and adopt the mode of "standard work package" to deliver,so as to improve the standardization and specialization of the delivery process,and in project scope management,time management,quality management and cost management.And so on.(2)The way of business process reengineering is not only getting more and more gradual as time goes on.At the same time,business process reengineering is also related to the level of process reengineering.Management reengineering and the reengineering of the whole project implementation process are often more radical than the internal process of each team and the reengineering of people.
