Research On Schedule And Control Of Smart Water Affairs Project In NS Company

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet,cloud computing,Big Data and networking technology has effectively promoted the construction of domestic smart city.Water management is an important part of the urban infrastructure management,and smart water affairs is a natural extension of smart urban construction.Use of water networking technology can manage efficiently urban water resources,analyze and process massive water affairs information,provide auxiliary decision,and dynamically manage the production,management and service process of water systems,so as to achieve the purpose of "Smart".NS Company,a well-known IT companies,is developing a smart water project,aimed at the new development of water information system.Through the construction of information,it can enhance social management and public service ability of water affairs industry and ensure the sustainable development of smart water management.Smart water affairs project of NS involves collaboration between the software and hardware,which has complex technology and many unforeseen factors.Therefore,how to use the method and theory of project management,change the traditional development mode,and do a good job in project plan and control are the urgent issue for the company.In this paper,it takes smart water affairs management of NS Company as the example,describes the application process of theory and method of project schedule and control in the project.First of all,it establishes the project communication mechanism,providing protection for schedule and control from the management.Then,it uses the standardized method of project management,decomposes the work structure,prepares the project schedule,determines the critical path,and calculates project duration and project schedule optimization and a series of work.Finally,it conducts systematic research and in-depth analysis on the problems of smart water affairs project of NS Company,explores the problems existing in the project planning and control process,digs out potential factors that affecting the project time,and appropriately adjusts the project schedule.Therefore,this research has certain reference value for the smart construction of domestic water affairs industry.
