This thesis is focusing on the research of the logistics solution of companies in solar industry. After studying the solar industry's development and current environment, it raises a new question on how to find out new profit resource to enhance competition from logistics.According to solar product's development trend and demanding analysis, this thesis shares some constructive suggestions, especially the research on the logistics scope: 1: to upgrade logistics system and strengthen logistics service abilities, by choosing the proper shipping terms and shipping mode (seafreight full container transportation) and cooperation with third part logistics service provider. 2: the establishment and management of bonded warehouse in Rotterdam. It provides a successful example of warehouse location selection analysis, and presents briefly warehouse's basic function, scale, relevant costs, local taxes policy, stardard operation procedure, ect.. The objective is to assist solar company to find a proper logistics solution.The quick development of China's economics speeds up the circulation of commodities, information and service in social market and creates a capacious market room for solar industry. We all believe that it will surely have a brighter future.
