| With the soared establishment of agricultural industrial parks in China,the related technologies and industries have gradually increased.In the process of the construction mode selecting of industrial parks,some problems have gradually emerged.Some industrial parks have ignored their own local resources,just copy from other park’s experience blindly.The investigation was not thorough enough,the positioning was not clear enough,the characteristic resources could not be fully utilized,and the development model was not practical,so that the park could not serve the local economic development well,and the participants were encouraged to build their enthusiasm.Not high,hindering the sustainable development of agricultural industrial parks,so choosing the right agricultural industry model is crucial to building a vibrant and sustainable agricultural industrial park economy.The Golden Phoenix Agricultural Industrial Park is an agricultural industrial park under construction in Laibin,Guangxi,which is located in the central part of Guangxi.The mild climate and abundant rains make the guests rich in natural resources.Especially the fish and sugar cane resources can be the star industries of the area.However,due to the short establishment history of the city,the agricultural foundation is weak and the development is relatively slowly,the level of agricultural science and technology development is far lower than the modern agricultural development standards.Based on this,the Golden Phoenix Agricultural Industrial Park must take into account its own limitations in the process of construction,learn from the experience of successful agricultural industrial parks,and make good use of its location advantages.Focus on the development of characteristic industries,strengthen the sustainable development strategy,select the operation model suitable for its own development,and gradually realize the scale operation of the park in the process of urban and rural integration and overall construction.this paper analyzes the principles that should be followed and the issues that should be considered in the development of modern agricultural industrial parks in economically underdeveloped areas,and provides reference for other agricultural industrial parks.Based on zone theory,sustainable development theory,and ecological economic theory,this paper uses comparative analysis methods,empirical analysis methods,SWOT analysis methods and other analytical methods to analyze the development models and r-elated case experiences of modern agricultural industrial parks at home and abroad.Analyze the construction environment of Jinfeng Industrial Park,explore the advantages and disadvantages of industrial structure,learn from the development experience of domestic and regional successful parks,and propose relevant countermeasures for the problems existing in the park.The main viewpoints were as follows:(1)Through SWOT analysis and empirical investigation and analysis,it is found that the construction of Jinfeng Agricultural Industrial Park faces problems:the agricultural industry is decentralized,the scale is low;the infrastructure is weak,the agricultural development is not mature;the agricultural science and technology level is backward,and its own innovation ability is poor;Problems such as low resource utilization.(2)Through the analysis of the typical agricultural industrial parks in China and the successful development of agricultural industrial parks in the region,the successful agricultural industrial parks are all showing their full advantage of location,actively seeking government and private investment,and broadening the development of the park.Financing channels;strengthen the scientific and technological innovation capacity building of agricultural industrial parks,the campus management organization structure is scientific and reasonable,and achieve efficient management;the park is rationalized,the land utilization rate is high,and the infrastructure is perfect;(3)combined with all the resources and other park construction success Experience,provide constructive advice on the development of Jinfeng Agricultural Industrial Park,and propose specific solutions in the areas of fund raising,resource utilization,industrial development,and personnel organization management.Taking the Golden Phoenix Agricultural Industrial Park as an example,... |
