Industrial Poverty Alleviation Model And Countermeasures In Xingye County

Industrial poverty alleviation is an indispensable part of poverty alleviation and development work.It is an important means to lead poor villagers to get rid of poverty,promote regional industrial development,and promote economic growth.Due to the innate natural conditions or the lack of development of the day after day,the agricultural industry is relatively backward,and it is one of the main positions for poverty alleviation.In recent years,with the unremitting efforts of governments at all levels and the vast number of villagers,and actively implementing industrial poverty alleviation,more and more poverty-stricken counties are getting rid of poverty.Through the SWOT analysis method,this paper classifies the industrial poverty alleviation conditions of Xingye County,which is out of poverty,and proposes that Xingye County has advantages in location,natural resources and labor,and there are disadvantages such as poor infrastructure construction,frequent natural disasters,and weak agricultural industry.With the development opportunities of the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration and the Maritime Silk Road,there are also challenges of serious product homogeneity and weak market competitiveness,and find the key points for the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation in Xingye County.This paper expounds the measures for the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation in Xingye County,and summarizes the four main modes of industrial poverty alleviation in Xingye County:government-led,leading enterprises,village cooperatives,leading cadres and technicians,and summed up the existence.Four interest linkage mechanisms summarize the successful experience of Xingye County in poverty alleviation.Through investigation and research,it is found that in the process of industrial poverty alleviation in Xingye County,there are problems such as low dividend income of poor households,low level of villagers'cultural level,inadequate supporting facilities and slow progress of the project.In view of the existing problems,the innovative dividend-sharing model,the improvement of the training mechanism,the construction of infrastructure,and the self-inspection and lack of traps were proposed to improve the industrial poverty alleviation measures in Xingye County.From the perspective of four main subjects,the countermeasures for the sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation in Xingye County are put forward,that is,the government should play a good role in organization and leadership;enterprises actively promote the development of poverty alleviation industries;cooperatives play a role in the accumulation of poverty alleviation;Confidence and determination.
