China is a huge consumer of chips.The demand for chips has increased dramatically since 2013.It is of great practical significance for us to do a good job of motivating the R & D personnel in our chip design company,which will help us to develop our chips independently and reduce their dependence on imports.Based on the theory of incentive mechanism,This paper takes the R & D personnel of the Shenzhen S chip design company as the research object.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the R & D team of the Shenzhen S chip design company and their incentive mechanism,this paper makes an investigation and interview on the employee satisfaction and turnover rate,then analyses the shortcomings and reasons of the current incentive mechanism.At last,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the incentive mechanism for R & D personnel of Shenzhen S chip design company.The research finds that the problems of incentive mechanism for R & D personnel in this company are the shortage of salary incentive,the lack of long-term incentive means,the neglect of the training of R & D personnel and the lack of corporate culture.The long-term existence of these problems has led to the decline of R & D staff's satisfaction and even their resignation.To slove the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening the incentive of salary,strengthening the training mechanism of talents,establishing the spiritual incentive mechanism and strengthening the incentive of enterprise culture.
