Study On Tax Service Optimization Of Eryuan County Office,SAT

Tax service plays a cornerstone role in tax-related work.It is the first stop of tax work,and runs through the completion of the whole procedure.It is the core and basic business of tax work.In recent years,Tax authorities of China have made the specifications and relevant policies to improve the quality of tax service and to increase the degree of satisfaction and compliance of taxpayers.Besides,the national tax system follows the standard specifications which lead to achieve the remarkable results in normalization of tax service and benefit taxpayers with convenience.As the western poorly-developing counties of China,Eryuan County has the lowly-educated taxpayers,lower degree of the informatization and incomplete supervision and assessment mechanism,which causes the frequent conflict in the work of tax collecting.And that leads to the tense relationship between taxpayers and related authorities there.Therefore,the research focuses on the present condition of the tax service work of Eryuan County,and makes the close combination with the actual situation of the tax work there.Besides,the research draws lessons from the advanced experience and management specifications of the domestic and foreign countries to bring up the suggestions and opinions on optimizing tax service in order to help better the tax service in Eryuan County.This study mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,literature review,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis of tax service.The basic concept and characteristics of tax service and related theories are expounded.The third part is the main problems existing in the tax service of Eryuan County.The problem of internal revenue service and its reason will be analyzed based on the practice of tax service of Eryuan County Office,SAT.This section analyzes the problems of tax service with the real example,and explores the further reasons.The fourth part is the reference and enlightenment from domestic and foreign tax service.Through expounding the advanced experience of tax service at home and abroad,the paper provides the reference for the tax service work of Eryuan County.The fifth part is the strategy on optimizing tax services of Eryuan County Office,SAT.Through the elaboration of the previous parts,the author finally puts forward the concrete countermeasures to optimize the tax service of Eryuan County Office,SAT.
