| The basic level tax bureau is the most closely connected with taxpayers and payers.It is an important subject to carry out tax payment work.After the merger of national and local tax institutions,the number of taxpayers and payers in the basic tax bureaus has increased dramatically,the structure of tax sources has changed,there are differences in the tax collection and management process,the demand of taxpayers has gradually increased,and the change of internal and external conditions has brought great challenges to the work of the basic tax departments.Under this situation,this research topic focuses on the discussion and analysis of tax service issues,taking the tax bureau of H District as the research object,taking the satisfaction of taxpayers as the starting point,taking the domestic taxpayer satisfaction survey in 2019 and the taxpayer satisfaction survey data of H District as samples,using the methods of secondary analysis,case analysis and problem investigation to carry out research work,focusing on analysis Based on the analysis of the current situation of tax service,the factors affecting the satisfaction of taxpayers and the needs of taxpayers,the paper points out the problems exposed by the basic tax bureaus when they carry out the tax payment work.It takes the improvement of the satisfaction of taxpayers as the goal,takes the needs of taxpayers as the starting point,fully uses the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,and sets up a new tax service In order to provide scientific guidance for the work of the tax departments,we should put forward the ways to optimize and improve the work of the grass-roots tax bureaus in the following aspects: business awareness,promoting the standardization of tax service centered on the needs of taxpayers,optimizing and improving the tax process,improving the professional quality of tax personnel,accelerating the level of information construction,and improving the degree of socialization of tax service.There are three innovations in this paper: first,the data is complete and detailed,all the data used in this paper are from the 2019 City taxpayer satisfaction survey and2019 domestic taxpayer satisfaction survey;second,the research is representative.In this paper,the grass-roots tax bureau as the research object,can provide guidance andreference for local grass-roots tax departments to carry out their work;third,the solutions to the problems are highly operational,because of the convenience of the author’s work,we can obtain the reliable first-hand information of grass-roots tax service satisfaction survey,and have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of taxpayers and the development of tax work After carrying out the field investigation,this paper analyzes the obtained data and puts forward the targeted solution strategies in combination with the actual situation of the grass-roots tax bureau. |
