A Study On The Prospect Of Rural Financial Development In Xiangxi

China is a vast agricultural country,economy is in high-speed development nowdays,,it is closely linked to agricultural development,especially in "Three Rural"issues,and almost every provinces and cities encounter this phenomenon."Three Rural" issues is an urgent matter at present.Therefore,the article mainly take rural financial development of Hunan xiangxitujia and miao minority autonomous prefecture as the research object,carried on the thorough analysis,and prospected some constructive thinking according to the practical problem.It's reported that XiangXi Autonomous Prefecture's economic growth picks up in 2017,GDP achieved nearly fifty-eight billion yuan the whole year,increased to 6.7%,namely 0.7%increased compared with last year.the income gab between urban and rural is really reduced measured from actual data.According to local people's own Development Features,they have their own development strategy and policy,or is a special financial environment,to make flat direction for the rural financial development,to provide policy and support from government to solve the funds shortage and supply-demand problem.However,due to the present various systems,current unpredictable problem environment,and limitation and permissions issues,which restricted process of the rural financial development to a great extend.This paper mainly takes the financial development of Hunan Xiangxi Miao Autonomo us Prefecture as the research object.The research methods mainly include interview method,literature method and inductive analysis method.It analyzes the opportunities,advantages and disadvantages of rural financial development in Xiangxi,and discove rs the rural financial development of Xiangxi.The constraints,and the countermeasur es to improve the rural financial development of Xiangxi Prefecture,have important p ractical significance for the balanced development of urban and rural areas.This pape r is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the ba ckground of the topic,the topic selection and related literature review,formulates the research ideas and research directions,and gives the research content and innovation points.The second part is a theoretical review,which gives the concept of China's fina ncial system and rural finance.The third part focuses on the opportunities of rural fina ncial development in Xiangxi and the advantages in both demand and supply.The fou rth part mainly analyzes the disadvantages of financial development from two aspects:the demand and supply of rural financial development in Xiangxi.The fifth part is an in-depth analysis of the constraints of rural financial development in Xiangxi.In the si xth part,aiming at the problems of rural finance in Xiangxi,the paper puts forward sp ecific targeted solutions,the seventh part,conclusions and prospects.
