With the continuous deepening of the modern agricultural system in our country,the special agricultural products throughout the country have basically taken shape in industrialization and progressed toward the pace of large-scale,intensive,commercialization,greening,quality and marketization.However,due to factors such as regional differentiation,dislocation of resources,and inherent natural conditions,the industrialization of agricultural products is not always the same and the differentiation is obvious.How to sum up the general industrialization of agricultural products according to local conditions? An important issue.Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is located in Wuling Mountain Area,which belongs to humid climate of subtropical monsoon.It is suitable for citrus growth and has a long history of citrus cultivation.Its citrus industry is at the highest level of historical development and is also a key poverty alleviation area.It is also recognized by the China Fruit Association as "Hometown of Chinese Citrus Tree".In recent years,the industrialization of citrus in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has developed rapidly and has reached a scale.In particular,the cultivation of ponkan has reached 820,000 mu.It is the largest selenium-enriched citrus planting region in China.In 2016,the output reached 650,000 tons,accounting for 13% of the country's total.Citrus industry has become one of the three pillar industries of agriculture in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.However,in the process of industrialization,there are still some problems such as: single type of citrus planting,simple infrastructure construction,poor transport conditions,leading companies lack of power,the processing rate is not high,the industry chain is not long,product sales are sluggish,industrial socialization service level is not high.Although various cities and counties have explored variety of organizational forms of citrus industrialization,these organizational forms and experience can not make up the defects in Autonomous Prefecture citrus industrialization and economy of scale.Based on this,this paper attempts to apply the knowledge of agricultural economics,quantitative economics,marketing,and other disciplines,based on the division of labor collaboration theory,industrial organization theory,Porter competition theory,stakeholder theory,game theory and other related theories to systematically analyze the development of Citrus industrialization in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.First of all,the statistical method is used and the citrus foreground in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed.Secondly,conduct empirical analysis on the overall level of industrialization of citrus in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture from the four aspects of citrus industrialization scale index,industrial integration index,industrialization benefit index and socialized service index by AHP,and draws the conclusion of Trends of Citrus Industrial Development Overall Level in the past years in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.Thirdly,uses multiple regression model to analyze the main influencing factors of citrus industrialization in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture from six aspects: citrus production,processing,marketing,industrial social service level,profit distribution and industrial organization form,and concludes that six indicators have positive effect on the development level of citrus industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and two indicators have a negative effect on the development level of citrus industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.The specific chapters of the article are arranged as follows:Chapter One is Introduction.Unfolds mainly from the research background,purpose,significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas,methods,framework design,technical route,as well as the innovation and deficiency of this topic.The second chapter: related concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the main research objects of the project,some concepts were re-sorted and clarified.At the same time,some of the theories were combed and explained according to the needs of the project.The third chapter: the development process and status analysis of citrus industry in Xiangxi.This paper mainly analyzes the basic situation of citrus production and varieties in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,as well as the analysis of citrus market's proportion,sales,production and processing.The basis and argument for evaluating citrus industry status in autonomous prefecture are given.From the data point of view,the status of citrus industry in autonomous prefectures is getting higher and higher;the development level and degree of industrialization are in a high-level,non-existent connotative development status.The fourth chapter: analysis on the development status of citrus industrialization in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.It mainly analyzes the development mode of production,processing,sales and industrialization in the three phases of industrialization of citrus in the Autonomous Prefecture.The analysis shows that the processing industry of citrus in Autonomous Prefecture is developing in a magnificent way and slowly forming a specialized and high-level processing system.The development model of the Citrus industry in the Autonomous Prefecture is also advancing with the times.Cooperative development,win-win development,and agglomeration have become the core of the development of the local agricultural industry.The fifth chapter: Analysis of the prosperity index of citrus industry development market in Xiangxi.The statistical methods are mainly used to analyze the prospects of citrus in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture,and a prediction of the current market is conducted to the future development of the citrus market.The prosperity of the citrus market in Xiangxi tends to be “market stable” and tends towards a “market boom”.Therefore,it is also necessary to strengthen the research on citrus industry development in western Hunan and promote the sustainable development of citrus industrialization in Xiangxi.Chapter Six: Citrus Industrialization Development in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.Mainly using the analytic hierarchy process,from the scale of industrialization,industrial integration,industrialization benefits,and social service as the criterion level,17 secondary indicators are selected for specific analysis.For the sake of more scientific evaluation,from 2007 to 2016 Deadline,selected the data of the past ten years to make an overall assessment on the decade.This method broke through the tradition.Chapter Seven: An Empirical Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Industrialization of Citrus in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.This chapter mainly uses the conclusion of the sixth chapter to further analyze the influencing factors of the overall development of citrus industrialization in Autonomous Prefecture by multiple regression method.After combing 25 influential factors,according to the premise of single equation measurement economic premise,the most important eight influencing factors lead to corresponding results.Chapter ?: The main research conclusions and suggestions.The main conclusions and conclusions of the analysis of the various chapters,at the same time,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of citrus industry to continue the healthy development of the recommendations are: First,to speed up citrus industry infrastructure;second is to deal with the citrus industry chain among the interested parties;the third is to improve the quality of institutions of citrus industry social service.
